About Empower GME

Every teaching hospital that trains residents and fellows has a Sponsoring Institution overseen by a Designated Institutional Official — accountable to the ACGME for the compliance and quality of every program the institution sponsors, whether that's one program or fifty.

The software market for GME is built program-by-program: duty hours, evaluations, case logs, scheduling. Those are solved problems, and we don't compete there. The gap is the institutional oversight layer — the DIO's and GME office's job of looking across every program to manage risk, produce required institutional reports, and demonstrate compliance. Today that work happens in Word, Excel, and email. Empower GME replaces that scramble with a single system of record.

Empower GME works alongside New Innovations, MedHub, and QGenda. It sits above them — it doesn't replace them.

We built it for two kinds of institutions.
